"WE LIVE ON IN WHAT WE LEAVE BEHIND"......ROM IMMORTAL (Royal Ontario Museum)
The Windsor Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame is an organization unlike traditional Hall of Fame organizations. We not only honour the players elite, but, the Windsor Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame also embraces a mandate that celebrates the contributions of participants regardless of division, league, or role in the game.
Proudly, The Windsor Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame recognizes and values the contributions of its inductees based on a wide range of merits. Some examples of such merits include: effort, contribution, integrity, mindset, collaborative spirit, performance excellence, passion, community involvement and spirit of the game within the context of the division and league in which each inductee participated.
Many sporting Hall of Fame induction processes include the selection of only the elite, with strict eligibility criteria, leaving many valuable and well-respected players of the game without the recognition they deserve.
Recognizing that many of our inductees have achieved outstanding Canadian, Provincial, and World Class accomplishments, in no way do we wish to diminish their individual and team performances. Instead, it is our intention to celebrate these accomplishments, and move one step further, by creating an avenue for all levels of contributors to be acknowledged, appreciated and recognized for their efforts and contributions.
As we see it, there have been far too many fastpitch softball men and women who were exceptional contributors in their own right, in one way or another, and yet have not been recognized for their success and contributions. We want to change that. We want to shift the paradigm of thinking and open the doors to a more inclusive set of selection parameters. It is our mandate to look at all leagues and divisions and be inclusive of the exceptional contributions of players, coaches, managers, umpires, scorers and other members within the Windsor Fastpitch Softball community.
Thank you for your interest and support as we begin a new chapter in the Windsor Fastpitch Softball community by welcoming a diverse and talented roster of inductees to The Windsor Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame.

As President of the Windsor Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame, I am please and proud to add the Windsor Old Time Ballplayers Association (WOTBA) in our Hall of Fame website.
Preserving their legacy
is a priority for us.
Prior to the Windsor Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame initiative formed in 2020, this organization was created to honour ballplayers, and all who made outstanding contributions to baseball and softball.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to contact any former members or relatives associated with this organization. We would appreciate any information you may have to share with us regarding the
Windsor Old Time Ballplayers Association.
The Windsor Old Time Ballplayers Association honoured baseball as well as softball contributors. Our intention is to pay tribute to those who were inducted into their Hall of Fame, and to the organizers, by listing them in their inductee category shown below.
We believe all of the organizers and inductees have passed away. In our view, the efforts of these fine athletes and organizers should not go unnoticed. It is our intention to keep their legacy alive!
This organization made a gallant effort to preserve the legacy of all those who made outstanding contributions to baseball and softball. We are committed to continuing their effort to preserve the longevity of their organization. We recognize and acknowledge all of their inductees listed below.
